Conversando com um vizinho, soube que ladrões haviam entrado na casa
dele e furtado o carro que estava estacionado no jardim.
Antes de ir à Delegacia de Polícia, o meu vizinho fez a denúncia e
registrou Boletim de Ocorrência pela Internet. E, ao chegar na
Delegacia, seu carro já tinha sido recuperado e os ladrões presos.
Este serviço está disponível no site

Nos casos de ocorrências graves (morte, agressão física, assaltos
grandes, etc.) é preciso comparecer à Delegacia depois da notificação
virtual.

Para ocorrências pequenas (tipo furto de celular, etc.), basta fazer o
comunicado pela Internet e não há necessidade de ir à Delegacia.

Acredito que vale a pena ter este endereço nos seus Favoritos.

O médico estava tendo um caso com a enfermeira.
Após um tempo, ela lhe disse que estava grávida.. Não querendo que sua mulher soubesse, ele deu dinheiro à enfermeira, mandou que ela fosse para a Itália e tivesse o bebê por lá. - Mas como vou avisar você quando o bebê nascer? ela perguntou.- Apenas mande um postal e escreva
''espaguete''. Cuidarei de todas as despesas da criança.. Sem
alternativa, ela pegou o dinheiro e voou para a Itália. Alguns meses se passaram e uma noite, quando o médico chegou em casa, a esposa disse:

- Querido, você recebeu um cartão-postal da Europa pelo correio hoje, e eu não consigo entender o significado da mensagem.
O médico leu o cartão, caiu no chão com um violento ataque cardíaco, e foi transportado imediatamente para a emergência do hospital. O chefe  do plantão perguntou à esposa:
- Aconteceu algo que possa ter causado o ataque cardíaco?
- Ele apenas leu este cartão postal onde está escrito:
'Espaguete, espaguete, espaguete, espaguete e espaguete. Três com lingüiça, e dois sem.'

Influência do clima no humor

Uma das principais fontes de inspiração para as artes são as estações do ano. Existe uma infinidade de músicas, poemas, filmes e livros que abordam esse tema.
Isso acontece porque o clima, a luz do dia têm a capacidade de influenciar o estado de espírito das pessoas. Já reparou como no verão há mais bom humor no ar e, no inverno, mais introspecção?

Um dos motivos que faz com que todos se sintam mais felizes diante das altas temperaturas é a influência solar. “A exposição à luz do sol estimula a produção de serotonina, dopamina e melatonina”, explica a psicóloga Dirce Perissinotti, membro do corpo clínico do Centro de Dor e Neurocirurgia Funcional do Hospital 9 de Julho. Ela diz que essas três substâncias são responsáveis por trazerem bom humor, energia e regulação do ciclo do sono.

Além das reações químicas positivas que a presença do sol traz para o organismo, também existem benefícios psicológicos. “Nos meses e estações onde os dias são mais quentes, iluminados e longos, existe algo no ar que nos convida a sair e interagir. São momentos atrativos ao convívio social, fazendo com que o bom humor apareça”, afirma a cientista e escritora Conceição Trucom, de São Paulo. Ela diz que é comum pessoas que moram em áreas tropicais serem mais bem-humoradas e terem mais energia.

No entanto, em dias em que o tempo está fechado e as temperaturas estão mais baixas, essas reações costumam acontecer de maneira contrária. “As estações do outono e do inverno, mais frias e com noites mais longas, representam o desnudar das folhas e a hibernação”, diz Conceição. Para ela, esse período deve trazer reflexão e desapego. “São momentos onde ficar só é recomendado, assim como deixar as couraças e crenças passarem pelo crivo das transformações e do conhecimento”.

Segundo Dirce, existem estudos que comprovam que em países com menor incidência de luz do sol há a maior número de casos de pessoas com depressão. “Regiões onde as pessoas ficam mais recolhidas estão mais propensas a cometerem suicídio e terem depressão. Um dos motivos para que isso aconteça é o isolamento social”, conta.

Conceição, que também é química, conta que pesquisadores da Universidade de Surrey, na Inglaterra, fizeram um mapeamento no cérebro de 88 voluntários entre os anos de 1999 e 2003, e descobriram a atividade de uma proteína que bloqueia a serotonina, resultando na maior possibilidade do indivíduo ter um humor negativo.

Pensando em diminuir essas estatísticas é que em países como Reino Unido tem se tornado um hábito as pessoas irem para a rua mesmo com o frio e a neve. “Em países europeus, as pessoas colocam vários casacos e saem às ruas, não apenas para terem contato com a luz do dia, mas também para contato social”, conta Dirce. Além da luz do sol motivar o bom humor, também é uma forma de estimular a produção de vitamina D.

É importante ressaltar que é possível regular o humor e a qualidade de vida para que não oscilem junto com as mudanças climáticas. “O indicado é aumentar o consumo de alimentos de origem vegetal e integral e evitar os de origem animal, refinados, açúcares, sintéticos e industrializados”, diz Conceição.

Ela encerra dizendo que praticar atividades físicas, no intuito de aumentar a produção de endorfina, também é uma boa maneira de manter o bom humor em qualquer estação. “O melhor a fazer é buscar usar seus talentos e dons e se divertir com eles e suas colheitas. Tudo isso para chegar ao ponto ideal, para sentir-se uma pessoa significante e em paz consigo em todas as estações do ano”.

1. The Circle is cast.

It is time to turn the wheel. It is now the sixth phase of the eight fold solar cycle, the cross-quarter of Leo, which is called Lughnasad. The Sun King Lugh is awake, Lugh who having reached the consummation of his power at Midsummer - at solstice - began his season of decline. Now he goes into the corn and grain. His energy is poured forth into the body of Earth Mother who nourishes life.

We conjure this a circle power, energy, truth, and vision . We conjure our sacred space between the visible and invisible plains. We recognize the 12 faces of our Universe as an expression of Mother.

1. May the dynamic spirit of Aries be with us.

2. We are grounded by Taurus persistence and stability. 

3. May the quick mental powers of Gemini aid the projection of our thought. 

4. As we children of the Earth stand surrounded and protected by the warmth of our Mother's love, let our circle sparkle with the creativity and splendor of Leo.

Pass out wheat to each participant. Have each person name a fear and project it into the wheat. As we dance contemplate that fear, how it helps you, how it hinders you. Dance with your fear until you let go of it.

5. Song & spiral dance (grapevine step): Lord of the Dance.

At the end of drumming all "sacrifice" your wheat to the fire and share a moment of silence for personal contemplation.

6. LUGHNASAD CHANT:

John Barleycorn is cut down dead, it is His time to die,
The Sun that warmed our Summer days no longer is so high.  We praise Him and our Goddess fair, we thank him for the corn we gather in the harvest now and leave the fields forlorn.

Tenho notado, assim como aqueles mais atentos também devem tê-lo feito, que a candidata Dilma Roussef e seus sequazes, pretendem que ela venha a ser a primeira presidenta do Brasil, tal como atesta toda a propaganda política veiculada pelo PT na mídia.
 
 Presidenta???
 
 Mas, afinal, que palavra é essa totalmente inexistente em nossa língua?
 
 Bem, vejamos:
 
 No português existem os particípios ativos como derivativos
 verbais.Por exemplo: o particípio ativo do verbo atacar é atacante, de pedir
 é pedinte, o de cantar é cantante, o de existir é existente, o de mendicar
 é mendicante...
 
 Qual é o particípio ativo do verbo ser? O particípio ativo do verbo ser
 é ente. Aquele que é: o ente. Aquele que tem entidade.
 
 Assim, quando queremos designar alguém com capacidade para exercer a
 ação que expressa um verbo, há que se adicionar à raiz verbal os sufixos
 ante, ente ou inte.
 
 Portanto, à pessoa que preside é PRESIDENTE, e não "presidenta",
 independentemente do sexo que tenha. Se diz capela ardente,e não capela
 "ardenta"; se diz estudante, e não "estudanta"; se diz
 adolescente, e não "adolescenta"; se diz paciente, e não "pacienta".
 
 Um bom exemplo seria:
 
 "A candidata a presidenta se comporta como uma adolescenta pouco
 pacienta que imagina ter virado eleganta para tentar ser nomeada
 representanta.

 Esperamos vê-la algum dia sorridenta numa capela ardenta, pois
 esta dirigenta política, dentre tantas outras suas atitudes barbarizentas,
